Sterling Lalor  |   Treasurer/Accountant

Sterling Lalor has a proven record as a financial and business consultant both in the US and Africa. He is the owner of Rolal Financial Service, LLC, as an entrepreneur, and also owned and operated Rolal Check Cashing and Accounting.

Mr. Lalor has over 30 years of experience as a Corporate Auditor, General Manager, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Consultant. As an Auditor, he worked for fortune 100 financial institutions where he worked both national and international. As a General Manager (GM) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), he worked with private, public, and health care businesses, which includes hospice and government. As a Consultant, Mr. Lalor worked with companies such as Mohawk Industries, Robert Half Management and Consulting, Nova South Eastern University, and many more.

Mr. Lalor works with start-up businesses assisting in ensuring steady and robust growth financially. He loves to volunteer his time helping others understand the way finance works with growth, sustainability, and ensured profit in business.

Mr. Lalor has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA in Finance, and the CPA examinations.

Phyllis Brown Glenn  |  Secretary of Board

Phyllis Brown Glenn attended Adelphi Business School in New York, where she studied Business Administration. She worked at the National Bank of North America (Bank of America) for over ten years. She also worked in retail for more than ten years and has an additional yen years experience as a Secretary at her local church. Phyllis has dedicated her life to helping others within her community.

Alexis Duncan Attorney  |  Board of Directors

Alexis graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Arts in Radio, Television & Film, and a Minor in Political Science. She earned her Juris Doctor from Florida Agriculture & Mechanical University College of Law. Alexis is a Legal Associate at IMG and the Miss University Organization, where she focuses on licensing.

During law school, Alexis was a Legal Intern at McBride, Scicchitano & Leacox, P.A. Upon graduation from law school, Alexis served as an Attorney for Havkins Rosenfeld Ritzert & Varriale, LLP. Alexis is a member of the State of New York Bar. 

Debbie Robinson-Green  |  Board of Directors

Debbie Green has over 25 years of working with Outreach programs in various communities. Debbie worked as an Apartment Manager for over 15 years. She also was a facilitator with a nonprofit organization known as Dress for Success, where she obtained a certification as a facilitator and trainer for over five years. Mrs. Green is currently working with several outreach ministries in her community. 

Dr. LaTarsha D. Holden  |  Board of Directors

LaTarsha Holden is a native of Atlanta, GA. She ran for political office in 2017. She received a Doctorate degree in Leadership Studies and became a 12x published author. Dr. Holden also received the “Humanitarian Essential Piece Award” in Alliance to End Homelessness. She was an honoree for the “Unsung Hero” award at the APEX Pyramid Awards ceremony. She received the “I Am Proclamation from Atlanta City Council, honoring her as an upcoming leader and advocate in Atlanta. Dr. Holden is currently working in her community. 

Carmel Lewis  |  Board of Directors

Dr. Carmel has 12 years of Pastoral Leadership and outreach skills. She worked as a Sales Representative for ten years. Four of those years were in Real estate selling homes, three years as Sales Consultant at Famers Furniture, and three years as a Sales Agent at Liberty National Life Insurances company selling life insurance. She was a formal business owner of the Heavens Gate Christian Book store in North Carolina for five years. She also attended the University of West Indies, where she received an Associate degree in Social work.

Deloris Parris  |  Board of Directors

Deloris Parris has over 30 years of outreach and leadership skills working in the community helping the less fortunate. She attended Delphi Business School in New York and received a certification in accounting. Deloris worked at Vanguard National Bank as a bookkeeper in Hemstead, New York. Ms. Parris also received her degree in Fashion Designing at FIT University in New York. She is also a Certified Nurses Aide (CNA) where she attended Thomas College in Thomasville, Ga. Deloris was an educator, teaching grade school level children. Delores Parris is also a licensed Evangelist who has a love for her community and humanity as a whole.

Ida Mae Parris  |  Board of Directors

Ida Mae Parris has been the wife of a United States Veteran for over 50 years. She worked beside her husband in ministry for more than 25 years. Mrs. Parris also has 30 years of experience in retail. Mrs. Parris believes in helping all those who are in need.

Henry L Parris  |  Board of Directors

Unites States Marine Corp VET., Corporal, and Military Police Officer. Mr. Parris has 25 years of Pastoral Leadership. He has 30 years experience as a contractor/handyman.  Mr. Parris worked with Campbell Soup Company for 19 years as a supervisor and truck driver. He attended Thomas College in Thomasville, GA and received his certification in HVAC. Mr. Parris has a heart for the people in this community.

Dr. Timothy Bennett  |  Board of Directors

Pastor Timothy S. Bennett has over 20 years of experience in outreach community services in his community. He founded several  organizations,   United For Christ foundation, House of Restoration, and Prophetic Tribe of Judah, where he served men and women through counseling. Pastor Timothy Bennett served in an urban community feeding and clothing the homeless and assisting with educating them on how to deal with crises such as homeless, drug addiction, physical and mental abuse. Pastor Timothy Bennett has a love and passion for those that are unstable and unbalanced. In Pastor Timothy Bennetts’s organization, he teaches the importance of self love and healing. . Pastor Timothy Bennett has  over 20 years experience in finance management.
