Mr. Terrance Cook has 26 years of management and training experience. He has 15 years of family, relationship, and mentor-ship counseling. Terrance also has 24 years in finance as a bookkeeper for accountants. He has over 27 years of experience in outreach, providing care for the homeless, such as feeding them and providing them with resources for shelter, medical care, domestic violence counseling, and prevention.

Mr. Terrance Cook has owned two businesses, Elite Home Improvement LLC., and C and S Services LLC., for over three years. Terrance is OSHA certified (19 years) and for more than 27 years has been a certified journeyman electrician. Terrance has a passion for the well-being of humanity. He believes in “teaching a man to fish, so he will be able to continue providing for his family.”
