Designed to Soar Inc. is a (501(c)(3) faith-based non-profit organization. Our goal is to create homes for veterans, those previously incarcerated (reentry), developmentally disabled, and permanent/supportive homes for families and individuals that are homeless or near homeless. Our Focus is to provide tailored housing solutions and programs to individuals and families that will help people live as independently as possible. Our Creed is always to treat those we serve with the highest level of dignity and respect. We will advocate and commit to innovation and best practices with everyone we serve.

Execution Area

•  Setting clear priorities, establishing one priority at a time along with supportive initiatives.
• Collect and analyze data such as measurable goals in each strategic plan so that we can stay on top of results. We will monitor results daily, weekly, and quarterly. The executives will evaluate what works and continue this process and enhance them to boost performance. With failed results, we will determine what process works and make immediate adjustments to prevent further deterioration.
• Meet with clients regularly to ensure that the entire organization keeps in sync with the vision and strategic planning. Meeting regularly can build a good relationship with the client, assuring performance updates, and make sure that everyone is on track.
